"he makes you feel like FAMILY"
This is a true story about how I/my family met Jeff aka El Gringo. We are a very highly active/energetic family of 8 Latin people living under the same roof. The old house we lived in was only 2200 sq ft ( it looked like we were sardines in a can) for us 8 and plus are friends and family that would come over from time to time. We came to realize that it was time for change and change meant buying a new home. First the family started looking at homes with a so called friend (of 20 years) that works in the real-estate business. However, this person had such a nasty attitude I had to give him the Donald trump ( your fired!). Then just like a fairy tale Mr. Barnhart calls us asking if he could help us look and try to buy a house. The family thought about it and said why not let’s give this guy a shot. That was the best thing that we could have done not only because he is good at what he does, but because he makes you feel like FAMILY. In addition, we did buy a home and I have to say that Jeff and his team of people know how to get the impossible done.

If you are in default on an FHA-insured mortgage, and the lender intends to foreclose, you should know about the Mortgage Assignment Program. You will have to provide certain information to the FHA to apply for this program.
To be considered eligible for assistance, the home must your principal residence. You must be at least three full payments behind on the mortgage, and the reason for your failure to make the mortgage payments must be due to circumstances beyond your control, such as unexpected unemployment. The FHA must be reasonably certain that you can resume making the payments at the end of 36 months and that the accrued deficiencies will be paid back before taking over the loan.
The Veteran's Administration also has a mortgage assistance program for those who have VA mortgages.
